<br />~ ~~ () l t; 0 /~/ ;I/o, /? {! j' <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />April 24, 1967 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was held <br /> <br />at the Council Chambers in the Village Hall in said Village on <br /> <br />Monday, April 24, 1967, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The follo~ing members were present: Cedarholm, Curley, Goodrich <br /> <br />and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Shields <br />Also present were Robert Bell, Village Attorney; Richard W. Turnlund, <br />Village Manager; Roger Short of Banister Engineering Company, village <br />consulting engineers; Peter S. Popovich of Peterson & Popovich, <br /> <br />village bond consultant. <br />The Village Manager presented an affidavit showing publication <br />of Notice of Hearing on proposed Storm Drainage Improvement No. <br />67-10 in accordance with the resolution adopted March 20, 1967, <br />which affidavit was examined and found to be satisfactory and was <br />directed to be filed by the Manager. The Village Manager also <br />exhibited a Certificate 0f Mailing Notice of Hearing to all affected <br />property owners, which certificate was examined and found to be <br />satisfactory and was directed to be filed by the Manager. <br />The Mayor then direct~d the Manager to read the description <br />of the general nature and estimated cost of the proposed improvement <br />and the area proposed to be assessed therefor, as stated in the <br />published notice of hearing. After reading of the notice, all <br />persons present were afforded opportunity to be heard, and the <br />names and addresses of the persons appearing and heard by the Council, <br />and the substance of the views presented by them were as follows: <br />
