MR. L. A. CHARBONEAU, 2565 Herschel: If the improvement
is ordered by the Council, when would construction begin and
when would the assessments begin. Also wanted to know the
formula for the assessment to be placed on the Dayton property.

RALPH R. DORSCH, 17220akcrest: Wanted to know the number
of acres for which Dayton's would be assessed. Questions re
benefitted area and future improvements.

MR. MILO NIELSEN, 1799 Rose Place: Inquired as to the size
ot the catch basins that would be installed. Some of the present
ones are large enough for children to get into and he wanted to
know if the new ones would be that size, and if so, would there
be some kind of protective covering.

MR. GEORGE LINDGREN, 17280akcrest: In favor of the
improvement. Immediately behind his house there's a ditch that
was dug by a contractor. Wanted to know if there would be a
catch basin south of Oakcrest immediately behind his property,
or where the village ditch runs in County Ditch No.4.

JOSEPH RESEMIUS, 17620akcrest: Wanted to know if any future
sewers would be drained into the 78 inch proposed pipes and if so,
would they be able to handle it.

RALPH DORSCH, 17220akcrest: Asked if there might be any
changes in assessments at the ti~e of the assessment hearing.

H. DANIEL BODLEY, 2586 N. Fairview: Asked if there were
any plans in this proposed improvement to take care of the
swampy area just south of County Road C.

JOSEPH RHODA, 2585 Herschel: Wanted to know if the storm
drainage pipes would be buried. Also discussed filling in the
ditch at the rear of his property and it was suggested by the
Council that he and his neighbors petition the village for
res~oration work.

MR. GORDY ROSENBERG, l631 Bruce: Question regarding the
assessment boundary.

MILO NIELSEN, 1799 Rose Place: Asked what steps would have
to be taken to include the improvement of the swampy area south of
County Road C.

A. ANTON, 2590 North Wheeler: Wanted to know if there would
be room between his lot and the next lot for the east and west
sewer line in back of the houses on ~hepler and Oakcrest.

EARL R. DAVvSON, 2613 Herschel: Wanted to know what streets
would be torn up if the improvement is constructed. Also wanted
to know the location of the pipes in the streets.
