<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of FDseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council <br /> <br />of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey CountY1 Minnesota, was duly beld in the Village <br /> <br />Hal.l at 2701 North Lexington' Avenue, St. Paul, Mi.nnesota~ on Monday, tbe 8th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />May <br /> <br />J 196.z.....,. at 7: 30 0.1 clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present z Mayor Cedarho1m, Trustees Curley. <br />Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1808 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIO~ OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RELATING TO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 2 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. ~ as finally <br /> <br />amended and adopted on November 9, 1959, was certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey <br />Couraty and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, and apportionment <br /> <br />of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary Sewer Improvement No 0 ~ was held on <br /> <br /> <br />Decembei 6~ l~ at which time assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No~ ~ were <br /> <br />amended as provided by said resolution of said date and certified in the office of the <br /> <br />County Auditor of Ramsey County on December 29,(; 1222. and <br />
