<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />June .!1..J 1967 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a <br /> <br />re!(ular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was held in the Village Hall in said village on Monday, June l2J <br /> <br />1967, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees <br /> <br />Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />After a discussion of the views presented by persons <br /> <br />appearing at the public hearing for Storm Sewer Improvement No. <br /> <br />67-9 on June 6, 1967, <br /> <br />Trustee Shields <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1834 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT <br />NO. 67-9 UNDER AND PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA <br />STATUTES, CHAPTER 429, AS AMENDED <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public <br />hearing pursuant to published notice, on proposed Storm Sewer <br />Improvement No. 67-9 consisting of the construction of a system <br />of trunk and lateral storm sewers serving the general area <br />between the Northern Pacific R.R. and Josephine Road and lying <br />west of Lexington Avenue and east of Pascal Street.
