<br />RESOLlITION NO. lR66 <br /> <br />Extract of Minui:es of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of .:Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />July 24, 1967 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was held at the Council Chambers in the Village Hall in saic <br /> <br />Village on Monday, July 24, 1967, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, <br /> <br />Councilmen Goodrich, Curley, Shields and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />The Village Manager presented an affidavit showing publica- <br /> <br />tion of notice of hearing on proposed Storm Drainage Improvenent <br /> <br />No. 67-20 in accordance with the resolution adopted June 26, 1967, <br /> <br />which affidavit was examined and found to be satisfactory and was <br /> <br />directed to be filed by the Clerk. The Village Manager also ex- <br /> <br />hibited a Certificate of Mailing Notice of Hearing to all affected <br /> <br />property owners, which certificate was examined and found to be <br /> <br />satisfactory and was direc.ted to be filed by the Clerk. <br /> <br />The Mayor then directed the Manager to read the description <br /> <br />of the general nature and estimated cost of the proposed imp cove- <br /> <br />ment and the area proposed to be assessed therefor, as stated in <br /> <br />the published notice of hearing. After reading of the notice, <br /> <br />all persons present were afforded opportunity to be heard, ald <br /> <br />the names and addresses of the persons appearing and heard br <br /> <br />the Council, and the substance of the views presented by thel~ <br /> <br />were as follows: <br />
