He asked if the <br />sewer elevation was such that service could be provided to the <br /> <br />County Beach west of Lexington. If the County can obtain sewer <br />service it will bear its fair share of special assessments. <br /> <br />JAY HARTWIG, owner of Dai~y Queen Store, 3070 Lex1ng~on <br />Avenue. He asked how assessments would be levied and whether <br />he would sustain a side assessment. It was determined that the <br />side stree, Brenner Avenue, had been vacated1 thus, there would <br />be no side street assessment. <br /> <br />~%RREN BRENNAN, 3090 Lexington Avenue.
