<br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public <br />hearing pursuant to published notice, on proposed Improvement No. <br />67-32, consisting of the construction of approximately 500 feet of <br />santiary sewer, 770 feet of force main and a sewage pumping <br />station, all to be located on property on the east side of <br />Lexington Avenue from County Road D south to the Dairy Queen Store <br />at 3070 Lexington Avenue at a cost estimated presently to be <br />approximately $33,444, all substantially in accordance with a <br />preliminary engineering report which is now on file in the office <br />of the Village Manager; and having considered the views of all <br />interested persons and being fully advised in the premises, the <br />Council does hereby dtermine and order that said improvement shall <br />be constructed and financed, and special assessments shall be <br />levied therefor, pursuant to said Minnesota Statutes, Chapter <br />429, as amended, and that the area proposed to be assessed for <br />said improvement will consist of the property as described in the <br />notice of hearing, or portion thereof; and that the Village <br />Public Works Director is hereby directed to prepare and sUbmit <br />to the Council final plans and specifications for the construction <br />of said improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman Goodrich. and upon roll call vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: all <br /> <br />and the following against: none <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly Jpssed and adopted. <br />
