Variance Board Appointments -Consider Appointments to the <br />Variance Board <br />Roe moved, Ihlan seconded, appointment of Planning commissioners <br />Daniel Boerigter, Jim Doherty, Barb Martinson, and Thomas <br />Gottfried, as the 2007/2008 Variance Board to serve in such capacity <br />until May 7, 2008, with one to serve as an alternate to be determined <br />by the Variance Board members. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Kough; Pust; Ihlan; Roe and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />Councilmember Kough noted that he had provided Mr. Stark with a written memo <br />tonight regarding lot splits requiring unanimous vote of the City Council; and fur- <br />ther suggesting the City adopt an ordinance similar to that of the City of Minnea- <br />polis regarding notification of adjoining property owners in lot split areas. <br />
