Approve Agenda <br />Councilmember Roe requested that Item S.j entitled, "Discuss Housing and <br />Redevelopment Authority Appointment Process," be discussed tonight since <br />it had been put off several times due to time constraints. <br />Councilmember Ihlan requested removal of Item S.k entitled, "Discuss the <br />Letter of Credit -Financial Statement Presentation of Twin Lakes LLC Let- <br />ter of Credit Proceeds," be removed in light of the recent adverse court rul- <br />ing, and to allow her to revise her proposed motion for the July 23, 2007 <br />regular meeting agenda. <br />By consensus, the Agenda was approved as amended. <br />3.
