~ EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD SEPTEMBER 18,1967. * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on September 18 I 1967 I at 7:30 p.m. The fOllowing members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Councilmen Curley, Shields nnd Grauel and the following members were absent: Councilman Goodrich Member Grauel introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption RESOLUTION NO. 1900 A RESOLUTION DETERMINING TO ACQUIRE BY EMINENT DOMAIN THE PERMANENT EASEMENTS ACROSS AND UNDER CERTAIN LANDS FOR THE PURPOSES OF CONSTRUCTING, MAINTAINING AND OPERATING UNDERGROUND STORM SEWER LINES, PIPES, AND APPURTENANCES FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AND THAT THE NECESSARY PROCEEDINGS BE COMPLETED FOR SAID PURPOSE, AS A PART OF IMPROVEMENT 67-9: WHEREAS, The Village Council of the Village of Roseville has been advised by competent engineers that it is feasible to construct underground storm sewer lines, pipes and appurtenances for the purpose of COllecting and thereafter discharging certain storm water within that portion of said Village as a part of improvement 67 -9 for the Village of Roseville; and WHEREAS, The Village Council deems it necessary and expedient and in the best interest of the Village and its inhabitants that the Village acquire permanent easements across and under certain lands for the above purposes; and WHEREAS, The statutes of the State of Minnesota state that the Village has the power and authority to take and acquire said property by condemnation under the power of eminent domain;
