<br />SEAL <br /> <br />That the Village Attorney be and he hereby is instructed to <br />complete the necessary proceedings in condemnation under the power <br />of eminent domain in the name and in behalf of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, to acquire the property set forth above under the statutes <br />of the State of Minnesota, and that said attorney is further instructed <br />and directed to take such steps as may be necessary to carry said <br />proceedings to a conclusion. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Shields , and upon a vote <br />being taken, the following voted in favor of the resolution: <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said Resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />) ss. <br />COUNTY OF RAM SEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Manager of the Village <br />of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully compared <br />the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, held on the <br />18th day of September, 1967, with the original on file in my office, and <br />the same is a full, true and complete transcript thereof insofar as the <br />same relates to a resolution regarding the taking of certain land by the <br />power of eminent domain. <br /> <br />WITNESS, my hand as such Manager and the corporate seal of <br />the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, this 18th day of September, 1967. <br /> <br />xeJ~~ <br /> <br />Manager . <br />
