<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County~ Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held in the Council Chambers in the Village Hall in said <br /> <br />village on Monday, the 18th day of September, 1967, at 7:30 o'clock <br /> <br />p. m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Councilmen Curley, Shields and Grauel <br /> <br />Hayor CedarhollT', <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Counci !man Goodrich <br /> <br />Councilman . <br /> <br />Shields <br /> <br />introduced the follmvins' <br /> <br />~8so1ution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. l.2.Q..;L <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO PARTIAL ASSESSMENT OF <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. 66-16 DECIARING COST TO BE <br />ASSESSED OF SUCH PARTIAL ASSESSMENT AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. 66-16 <br />of the village of Roseville, in the area described in the resolu- <br />tion relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvement <br />is $ 49,457.17 and the other expenses incurred in the making <br />of said improvement amount to $ 9.503.11 so that the total cost <br />of the improvement relating to hot mix paving and concrete curb <br />and gutter will be $ 58,960.28 , and of this cost the <br />village will pay $ -0- as its share of the cost. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE be it resolved by the Village council of the <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br />
