<br />1. The cost of such improvement to date to be specially <br />assessed is hereby declared to be $ S6 J 960 28 . <br /> <br />2. The Village Manager, together with the assistance of <br />the village engineer, consulting engineer and fiscal consultant <br />shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially <br />assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece <br />or parcel of land within the district affected, without regard to <br />cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of <br />such proposed assessment in his office for public inspection. The <br />Village Manager may arrange for the assistance of the Machine <br />Accounting Division of the County of Ramsey in the preparation of <br />the proposed assessment roll. <br /> <br />3. The Village Manager shall, upon completion of such proposed <br />assessment, notify the Council thereof for their further action <br />and for their setting of an assessment hearing therefor. <br /> <br />4. The balance of the improvement not yet completed and for <br />which contracts may subsequently be let, may be subject to assessment <br />proceeding upon such completion and the foregoing is a partial <br />assessment as provided by M.S. 429, as amended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman Curley and upon vote being taken thereon, <br /> <br />the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
