Call ®1 <br />Mayor Klausing convened and called to order the Roseville City Council <br />regular meeting at approximately 6:00 p.m. and welcomed everyone. <br />(Voting and Seating ®rder for August: Ihlan; Pust; Dough, Roe, Klausing.) <br />City .Attorney Scott A1Zderson was also present. <br />2. A r®ve Age a <br />Councilinelnber Ihlan requested that Agenda Item 5.m entitled, "Discuss <br />Payment in Lieu of Taxes from Northwestern College," be moved up for <br />discussion earlier in the evening to allow time for discussion. Mayor Klaus- <br />ing, with Council consensus, relocated the item immediately following Item <br />6.g entitled, "Consider the PIRA Levy Request." <br />The Agenda was approved as amended. <br />3. u lic C ent <br />Mayor Klausing called for public comment by members of the audience on <br />any non-agenda items. <br />a. ®h ysyyczy , 303 Vitt®ria <br />Mr. Kysylyczyn questioned the fiscal responsibility of Roseville City <br />government in using full-time staff, rather than part-time employees <br />for various tasks, using the video production assistants as an example. <br />Mr. Kysylyc~ where else such examples were occurring, specifi- <br />cally as it related to budget discussions and wise use of taxpayer <br />funds. <br />.
