City of <br />ti r -~ <br />' {~ ~~, <br />~- ~. <br />~__ <br />a Minnesota, USA <br />L fall old <br />Mayor Klausing called to order the Roseville City Council Special meeting <br />at approximately 6:00 p.m. and welcomed everyone. <br />doting and Seating Order for August: Ihlan; Pust; Kough; Roe; and Klaus- <br />ing. <br />Finance Director Chris Miller filled in for City Manager Bill Malinen, who <br />was unavailable for the meeting due to a scheduling conflict. City Attorney <br />Jay Squires was also present. <br />2. Approve Agenda <br />Councilmember Ihlan noted that her requested item from the July 23, 2007 <br />regular City Council meeting had not been included on tonight's agenda; and <br />requested that it be included on the August 13, 2007 agenda: "Receive an <br />Update Regarding Twin Lakes Litigation; Eminent Domain; and Legal <br />Counsel." <br />Councilmember Ihlan questioned if staff had included copies of the Appeals <br />Court Orders regarding Twin Lakes litigation on the City's website for pub- <br />lic information and review; and asked that if not, it be done at their earliest <br />convenience. <br />Councilmember Ihlan reiterated her request of staff from the July 23, 2007 <br />meeting to report on how Twin Lakes expenses would be identified and paid <br />going forward, as well as providing an accounting of expenses to-date and <br />funds from which they'd been paid. Staff was requested to provide this in- <br />formation to the City Council and for public information. <br />Mayor Klausing observed that these items had been posted in the past; post- <br />ing had been discontinued for a certain period; but Finance Director Miller <br />confirmed that the figures will be updated by staff as soon as possible. <br />
