Councilmember Ihlan reiterated her concerns of public perception on the validity and timing of their comments before final adoption. Mayor Klausing asked City Attorney Squires to confirm, before the August 20, 2007 Study Session, that the document remained in draft form, and would be a dynamic document, subject to change, with ad- ditional comments and responses until final adoption in October of 2007. Klausing moved, Pust seconded, approval of the proposed Twin Lakes AUAR Update process and timeline, amended as follows: Jul 16 - Au ust 3 Council reviews and comments on revised draft Jul 23 Council approves timeline and rocess Au ust 13 Presentation to Cit Council of ~i~at-Draft AUAR Update August 13 Council declares the jDRAFTj AUAR Update "complete and accurate" Au ust 14 -September 24 A enc review of the jDRAFT] AUAR U date August 20 Public Comment at Council Study Sessionj; and thereaf- ter incorporation of necessary changes] October 8 Adoption of jFinalj AUAR Update Roll Call Ayes: Pust; Roe and Klausing.
