Discussion -City Council Discussion of Goals, Strategies and Pri- <br />orities for the 2008 City Budget <br />Finance Director Chris Miller provided an historical review of the <br />City Budget from 2003 - 2007, represented by the staff report dated <br />August 6, 2007; attached hereto and made a part thereof; in an effort <br />to engage Council dialogue of goals for 2008 and beyond by provid- <br />ing acontext, and afive-year comparison of spending trends by de- <br />partments and divisions. <br />Councilmember Roe provided information via a bench handout enti- <br />tled, "2008 Roseville Budget & Levy Considerations" and "2008 <br />Levy Possibilities Versus Median Single Family Home Tax Impacts." <br />
