Regular City C®uncil eating <br />®nday, July 23, 2007 <br />Page 2 <br />Councilmember Ihlan asked that, given the length of tonight's agenda Item <br />12.h, and 12.i, respectively entitled, "City Council Discussion of the Twin <br />Lakes Letter of Credit Disclosure;" and City Council Discussion of Caoals, <br />Strategies and Priorities for the 2008 City Budget;" be moved forward on the <br />agenda or postponed for discussion at a future meeting. <br />Councilmember Ihlan noted that Agenda Item 12.j entitled, "Consider Set- <br />ting aSpecial Meeting for July 3 0, 2007;" was not an open date on her <br />schedule. <br />Councilmember Kough advised that he would also be unable to attend a <br />meeting on July 3 0, 2007. <br />Councilmember Ihlan suggested that discussion of a date for a Special Meet- <br />ing be held at this time, rather than later in the meeting. <br />Mayor Klausing opined that it would be his preference to review calendars <br />later in the meeting, to avoid further delay for public discussions. <br />City Manager Malinen provided a Bench Flandout, requesting an additional <br />Consent Agenda Item, entitled, "Clarification of Resolution 10516: Resolu- <br />tion Identifying Need for Livable Communities Demonstration Account <br />Funding and Authorizing an Application for Grant Funds (PROD-0006)" be <br />added as Item 2. Mr. Bahnemann also spoke to the <br />poor audio he experienced at home in attempting to hear tonight's in- <br />terviews for the Parks and Recreation Commission on cable televi- <br />sion. <br />
