Regular City C®uncil eating ®nday, July 23, 2007 Page 2 Councilmember Ihlan asked that, given the length of tonight's agenda Item 12.h, and 12.i, respectively entitled, "City Council Discussion of the Twin Lakes Letter of Credit Disclosure;" and City Council Discussion of Caoals, Strategies and Priorities for the 2008 City Budget;" be moved forward on the agenda or postponed for discussion at a future meeting. Councilmember Ihlan noted that Agenda Item 12.j entitled, "Consider Set- ting aSpecial Meeting for July 3 0, 2007;" was not an open date on her schedule. Councilmember Kough advised that he would also be unable to attend a meeting on July 3 0, 2007. Councilmember Ihlan suggested that discussion of a date for a Special Meet- ing be held at this time, rather than later in the meeting. Mayor Klausing opined that it would be his preference to review calendars later in the meeting, to avoid further delay for public discussions. City Manager Malinen provided a Bench Flandout, requesting an additional Consent Agenda Item, entitled, "Clarification of Resolution 10516: Resolu- tion Identifying Need for Livable Communities Demonstration Account Funding and Authorizing an Application for Grant Funds (PROD-0006)" be added as Item 2. Councilmembers concurred. Mr. Bahnemann also spoke to the poor audio he experienced at home in attempting to hear tonight's in- terviews for the Parks and Recreation Commission on cable televi- sion.
