Councilmember Pust further opined that there were a multitude of conditions that should be placed on the PUD Agreement; and expressed her intent to see that they were included in the next phase of approval. Councilmember Pust opined that under statutory criteria, significant impacts were identified, but their affects were sub- j act to mitigation plans as set forth, and that it would be up to the RGU to ensure that those mitigation plans were put in place in the PLTI~, and that the College be held accountable to the mitigation meas- ures they' d identified. Councilmember Roe spoke in support of the motion; opining that he felt sufficient and satisfactory information .had been provided by the applicant in their responses to his questions and agency/public com- ments. ®11 Call Ayes: Pust; Roe; and Klausing. Ihlan moved, Kough seconded, to delay City Council consideration of the Northwestern College PUD beyond the August 13, 2007 proposed date; to allow time for additional- information to be brought forward for incorporation in the PUD Agreement. Mayor Klausing spoke against the motion.
