Encroachment Agreement -Approve Encroachment Agreement <br />for Ann and Hoa Duc Tran at 296 S McCarrons Boulevard <br />Roe moved, Pust seconded, approval of an Encroachment Agreement <br />between the City of Roseville and fee property owners, Ann &Hoa <br />Duc Tran at 296 S McCarrons Boulevard. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Ihlan; Pust; Kough; Roe; and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />k. Purchase of Truck -Approve the Purchase of a Single Axle Cab <br />and Chassis Truck <br />Councilmember Pust questioned why this item was not included under <br />Consent Item C, purchases over $5,000. <br />Finance Director Miller noted that this was a unique situation, and not <br />a planned 2007 expense. Mr. Miller advised that the current vehicle <br />was becoming problematic with excessive maintenance, and staff had <br />determined that is was prudent to replace the vehicle in 2007, rather <br />than as anticipated in 2008. <br />Roe moved, Pust seconded, approval of the purchase of a single axle <br />cab and chassis truck from Boyer Ford at a cost not to exceed <br />$61,174.00. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Ihlan; Pust; Kough; Roe; and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />1. Resolution - Adopt a Resolution to Approve a Limited Use Permit <br />with Minnesota Department of Transportation for the County <br />Road C Streetscape Improvements at I-35W <br />Councilmember Kough questioned the purpose of the proposed lim- <br />ited use permit; and responsibilities of the City of Roseville and/or <br />Ramsey County in mowing and maintenance of rights-of--way and/or <br />sidewalks. <br />
