John Kysylyczyn, 3083 N Victoria Street <br />Mr. Kysylyczyn provided his personal comments on the discussion <br />held by Mr. Sands. <br />Mr. Kysylyczyn provided three bench handouts entitled: "[Untitled]: " <br />An apparent quote from `Council member Craig Klausing, August 6, <br />2007';" "[Untitled] "Time Code People Speaking/Time Speaking" de- <br />tailing public comments from the August 6, 2007 Special Council <br />meeting; and "So how does public comment go 45 minutes?" <br />Mr. Kysylyczyn displayed, expanded upon and provided personal <br />comment on each handout. <br />4. Council Communications, Reports and Announcements <br />a. Mayor Klausing recognized the recently-held "Gus Macker" national <br />basketball event at the OVAL, and thanked staff and volunteers for <br />their involvement, citing the positive comments he'd heard about the <br />event. <br />Parks and Recreation Director Lonnie Brokke provided photos from <br />the event, new to the community and the OVAL, and thanked the <br />Roseville Visitor's Association (RVA) for being instrumental in <br />bringing the event to the community, as well as thanking staff and <br />volunteers for their superb management of the event. Mr. Brokke also <br />thanked the City's Police and Fire Departments for their assistance, <br />and adjacent neighbors who, during such a massive event as this, dis- <br />played their cooperation and patience with neighborhood disruptions <br />due to increased traffic and parking issues. <br />b. Councilmember Pust thanked the City's Police and Fire Departments <br />for their extensive "rounds" during the recent National Night Out and <br />their efforts in building community relationships. <br />6. Approve Minutes <br />a. Minutes -Approve Minutes of 8/6/07 Special Meeting <br />Pust moved, Roe seconded, approval of the minutes of the August 6, <br />2007 Special Meeting as amended. <br />
