John Kysylyczyn, 3083 N Victoria Street Mr. Kysylyczyn provided his personal comments on the discussion held by Mr. Sands. Mr. Kysylyczyn provided three bench handouts entitled: "[Untitled]: " An apparent quote from `Council member Craig Klausing, August 6, 2007';" "[Untitled] "Time Code People Speaking/Time Speaking" de- tailing public comments from the August 6, 2007 Special Council meeting; and "So how does public comment go 45 minutes?" Mr. Kysylyczyn displayed, expanded upon and provided personal comment on each handout. 4. Council Communications, Reports and Announcements a. Mayor Klausing recognized the recently-held "Gus Macker" national basketball event at the OVAL, and thanked staff and volunteers for their involvement, citing the positive comments he'd heard about the event. Parks and Recreation Director Lonnie Brokke provided photos from the event, new to the community and the OVAL, and thanked the Roseville Visitor's Association (RVA) for being instrumental in bringing the event to the community, as well as thanking staff and volunteers for their superb management of the event. Mr. Brokke also thanked the City's Police and Fire Departments for their assistance, and adjacent neighbors who, during such a massive event as this, dis- played their cooperation and patience with neighborhood disruptions due to increased traffic and parking issues. b. Councilmember Pust thanked the City's Police and Fire Departments for their extensive "rounds" during the recent National Night Out and their efforts in building community relationships. 6. Approve Minutes a. Minutes -Approve Minutes of 8/6/07 Special Meeting Pust moved, Roe seconded, approval of the minutes of the August 6, 2007 Special Meeting as amended.
