Call to Order <br />Chair Bakeman called to order the Planning Commission meeting at 6:30 p.m. and reviewed <br />the role and purpose of the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />2. Roll Call & Introductions <br />City Planner Thomas Paschke called the Roll. <br /> <br />Members Present: Commissioners Joe Wozniak; Barbara Martinson; Jim Doherty; Daniel <br />Boerigter; Ildephonse Gasongo; and Chair Mary Bakeman. <br /> <br />Members Absent: Commissioner Thomas Gottfried. <br /> <br />Staff present: Community Development Director John Stark; City Planner Thomas Paschke; <br />Associate Planner Bryan Lloyd; City Engineer Debra Bloom; and Economic Development <br />Associate Jamie Radel <br /> <br />3. Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />MOTION <br />Member Bakeman moved, seconded by Member Boerigter, to approve meeting minutes <br />of May 2, 2007 as amended. <br /> <br />Corrections: <br />Page 3, Line 41, Item 7, Staff Project 0001: Report on single-family residential lot split <br />study (Doherty) <br /> <br />Correct to read: “ …following initial public opposition; increased tax base for the City; <br /> sequenced [a number of] changes in a neighborhood over the years;…” <br /> <br /> Page 11, Line 30, Adjournment (Boerigter) <br /> <br />Correct adjournment time from 9:28 a.m. to 9:28 p.m. <br /> <br />Ayes: 6 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Abstentions: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />4.
