PLANNING FILE 3692 <br />Continuation of the Roseville Comprehensive Plan Update Process – Review of <br />technical update schedule with various City Commissions <br /> <br />Chair Bakeman opened the Public Hearing for Planning File 3692. <br /> <br />City Planner Paschke and Community Development Director Stark reviewed the <br />receipt of six (6) responses to their Request for Qualifications, with three (3) firms <br />going forward, along with a draft Request for Proposals (RFP) for City Council <br />consideration to proceed to the next stage. <br /> <br />Discussion included finances and budgeting considerations; a projected timetable for <br />the Planning Commission to initiate work on the Comprehensive Plan update; and the <br />amount of authority given to the Planning Commission by the City Council. <br /> <br />Chair Bakeman closed the Public Hearing for Planning File 3692. <br /> <br />MOTION <br />Member Bakeman moved, seconded by Member Doherty to continue Planning <br />File 3692 of the Roseville Comprehensive Plan Update process to the next <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Ayes: 5 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />6.
