3. If the proposed building is, in the future, used in such a way that a driveway <br />would be required pursuant to § 1004.O1A13 of the City Code, an approved <br />driveway shall be installed at that time, and such driveway installation shall not <br />cause the total impervious coverage to exceed 30% of the total lot area (about <br />10,680 square feet); and <br />4. The CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT shall expire six months after the City <br />Council approval date if the applicant has not received a building permit by that <br />time, pursuant to § 1013.03 of the City Code. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Klausing and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Roe, Pust <br />Ihlan, Kough, and Klausing; <br />and none voted against; <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
