Regular City Council Meeting <br />Monday, September 24, 2007 <br />Minutes Page 11 <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Roe; Pust; Ihlan; Kough; and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />P-03-02 N32: Chatsworth & Lovell (Neighborhood 32) <br />Following Ms. Bloom's summary review of the project, Mayor Klausing opened <br />the Public Hearing at approximately 6:52 p.m. <br />Public Comment <br />Pastor Peter Drake, Real Life Church, 2353 N Chatsworth Street <br />Pastor Drake verbalized his written objections, which were submitted via letter <br />dated September 23, 2007, as a bench handout. <br />Mayor Klausing closed the Public Hearing for Project 06-02, Chatsworth & Lov- <br />ell Reconstruction. <br />Pust moved, Kough seconded, recess and continuation of the Public Hearing for <br />Project 06-02, Chatsworth & Lovell Reconstruction, to the October 8, 2007 regu- <br />lar City Council meeting, to allow staff time to research questions and objections <br />raised at the initial hearing. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Roe; Pust; Ihlan; Kough; and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />P-OS-06 S. Owasso Boulevard Reconstruction Project <br />Ms. Bloom's provided her summary review of the project, in which she noted that <br />this was a State Aid Road and affected recommended assessments accordingly. <br />Ms. Bloom also noted that deductions for storm sewer, ponding, sidewalks and <br />resurging had been provided; with the center line length used to determine the as- <br />sessment rate, rather than front footage. <br />Mayor Klausing opened the Public Hearing. <br />Ms. Bloom advised that, additional written comment had been received from <br />Martin Harstad of Harstad Homes by staff related to the property owner of record; <br />and that she would be consulting with the City Attorney prior to making a final <br />recommendation to the City Council. <br />Councilmember Roe specifically requested that staff have a map of the project <br />area available for the October 8, 2007 meeting. <br />Public Comment <br />Eugene Bahnemann, 2656 N Lexington Avenue <br />
