Quit Claim Deed -Approve Snelling/County Road B Project Quit Claim Deed for Pathway Easement Pust moved, Ihlan seconded, approval of a Snelling/County Road B Project Quit Claim Deed for pathway easement; conveying a portion of the City's ten foot (10') wide pathway easement in the SW Quadrant of the intersection of Snelling Avenue and County Road B to the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) to facilitate the 2008 MnDOT Construction project and provide suffi- cient and unencumbered rights-of--way; and authorized the Mayor and City Man- ager to execute the Quit Claim Deed.
