Call Roll <br />Mayor Klausing called to order the Roseville City Council regular meeting <br />at approximately 6:00 p.m. and welcomed everyone. <br />(Voting and Seating Order for September: Roe; Pust; Ihlan; Kough; and <br />Klausing) <br />City Attorney Scott Anderson was also present. <br />2. Approve Agenda <br />Mayor Klausing requested removal of Consent Agenda Items 7.h and 7.i re- <br />spectively entitled, "Approve Installation of heating System for Entrance <br />Steps and Sidewalk Area as Part of the Roseville Skating Center Project;" <br />and "Approve Contract with HKGI for Phase I of the Comprehensive Plan- <br />ning Process," for discussion. <br />Councilmember Roe requested removal of Consent Agenda Item 7.e enti- <br />tled, "Approve Cancellation of November 12, 2007 City Council meeting," <br />for discussion. <br />The agenda was approved as amended by consensus. <br />3. Public Comment <br />Mayor Klausing called for public comment by members of the audience on <br />any non-agenda items. <br />a. John Kysylyczyn, 3083 N Victoria Street <br />Mr. Kysylyczyn expressed concerns, as brought forth previously, re- <br />garding live and tape-delay broadcasting of City Council meetings on <br />C-TV and lack of public access to the full meetings on tape-delay <br />broadcasts.
