Regular City Council Meeting <br />Monday, September 10, 2007 <br />Page 18 <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Roe; Pust; Ihlan; and Klausing. <br />Nays: Kough. <br />Motion carried. <br />Adopting 2008 Preliminary Budget <br />Roe moved, Pust seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 10550 <br />entitled, "Resolution Adopting the Preliminary 2008 Annual <br />Budget for the City of Roseville;" at $35,604,895. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Roe; Pust; Ihlan; and Klausing. <br />Nays: Kough. <br />Motion carried. <br />Adopting 2008 Preliminary Debt Levy <br />Pust moved, Klausing seconded, adoption of Resolution No. <br />10551 entitled, "Resolution Directing the County Auditor to <br />Adjust the Approved Tax Levy for 2008 Bonded Debt;" at <br />$319,638.69. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Roe; Pust; Ihlan; and Klausing. <br />Nays: Kough. <br />Motion carried. <br />2) Resolution - Adopt a Resolution Approving the 2008 H12A <br />Preliminary Tax Levy <br />HRA Chair Bill Majerus, HIZA Executive Director Cathy Ben- <br />nett, and Interim Community Development Director Mike Dar- <br />row were present. <br />Ms. Bennett reviewed options reviewed and recommended for <br />the 2008 HRA Levy: <br />1. Minimum Levy to support existing programs, with <br />$100,000 funding for Har Mar Apartments renovation <br />($255,750 total). Ms. Bennett noted that this minimum <br />levy request would allow the HRA to continue serving <br />residents with existing programs and provide some addi- <br />tional marketing funds; along with some funding to ad- <br />
