Regular City Council Meeting <br />Monday, September 10, 2007 <br />Page 26 <br />No vote recorded in the record. <br />Council majority was indicated, with Councilmembers Roe, Pust, <br />Kough and Klausing expressing support of the proposal; but no appar- <br />ent consensus indicated. <br />Ihlan moved, Kough seconded, as a preliminary motion, that any non- <br />residents be removed from consideration. Mark Rancone, Vice Presi- <br />dent of Roseville Properties, was the only non-resident making appli- <br />cation. <br />Mayor Klausing noted that a motion was already on the floor, and <br />ruled the motion out of order. <br />Individual Councilmembers, by voting order, provided their individ- <br />ual selections from the pool of applicants, bringing the total commit- <br />tee members to 13. Selections were as follows: <br />Councilmember Applicant <br />Roe Stuart Shwiff <br />Pust Ga Grefenber <br />Ihlan Karen Schaffer <br />Kou h AI Sands <br />Klausin John Goedeke <br /> <br />Klausing moved, Pust seconded, those five individuals, as above- <br />referenced be appointed to serve as citizens-at-large on the Compre- <br />hensive Plan Update Steering Committee. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Roe; Pust; Ihlan; Kough; and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />Mayor Klausing thanked those who applied, and encouraged them to <br />participate in other community activities or make application for fu- <br />ture vacancies. <br />Mr. Darrow advised that, upon advice of the consultant, the kick off <br />meeting had been postponed to Wednesday, October 10, 2007 to al- <br />
