EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the city of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the twelfth day of April, 1993, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Maschka, Goedeke, P. Johnson, Cushman, and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None. Member P. Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8924 RESOLUTION AMENDING ASSESSMENTS FOR IMPROVEMENTS P-91-03, P-89-16, and P-91-02-57 WHEREAS, the city of Roseville constructed local street improvements P-91-03 and P-91-02-57, and Ramsey County constructed Hamline Avenue improvement P-89-16; WHEREAS, on September 28, 1992, the City of Roseville levied assessments to all benefited property owners and assessed the parcel owned by the Church of st. Rose of Lima as follows: $29,983.16 10,473.70 31.509.00 $71,965.86 WHEREAS, on October 22, 1992, the Church of st. Rose of Lima filed an appeal of the assessment with the Ramsey County District Court; Project P-89-16 Project P-91-03 project P-91-02-57 WHEREAS, the parties have now agreed that the above matter should be settled as follows: 1. The City Attorney is hereby instructed to file the appropriate Stipulation of Dismissal with the Ramsey County District Court dismissing the assessment appeal of st. Rose of Lima Church. The city Council will pass a resolution and certify a new assessment to Ramsey County, assessing this property as follows: Project P-89-l6 Project P-91-03 Project P-91-02-57 $16,246.89 0.00 31.509.00 $47,755.89
