<br />NOW THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED by the city Council of the City of <br />Roseville that the assessment appeal of the Church of st. Rose of Lima <br />is settled and the City Attorney is hereby authorized and directed to <br />file an appropriate Stipulation of Dismissal dismissing said assessment <br />appeal. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Maschka and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Goedeke, P.
