<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That the question of whether to have Ordinance <br />No. SSg become effective shall be submitted to the electors <br />at the Village election occurring on the first Tuesday <br />after the first Monday in November of 1967. <br /> <br />2. That the Village Manager of the Village of <br />Roseville is hereby instructed to insert on the ballot at <br />said election to be submitted to the electors, the following: <br /> <br />"Shall Ordinance No.SS9 take effect, which <br />Ordinance provides that the Mayor and <br />Councilmen of the Village of Roseville shall <br />have four (4) year terms and that the <br />election day for said offices shall be on <br />a biennial basis on odd-numbered years." <br /> <br />3.
