<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF TIiB VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD FRIDAY, <br />NOVEMBER 3, 1967 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on Friday, the 3rd <br /> <br />day of November, 1967, at S:OO o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Cedarho1m, <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Grauel and Goodrich <br /> <br />and the following was absent: COWlci1man Shields <br /> <br />Councilman Curley then introduced and moved the adoption <br /> <br />of the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1954 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT <br />No. 65-38, As amended, Project 1 <br /> <br />WHEREAS pursuant to advertisement for bids for Storm Sewer <br />Improvement No. 65-38, as amended, Project 1, according to the plans <br />and specifications thereof on file in the office of the f-i1anager of <br />said village, said bids were received on October 6, 1967, at 1l'~30 <br />o'clock a.m., opened and tabulated according to law and the following <br />bids were received complying with the advertisement: <br /> <br />Bidder <br /> <br />Amount <br /> <br />Orfei and Sons <br />C.
