<br />-2- <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council <br />of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Village Manaqer are hereby authorized <br />and directed to enter into a contract with Orfei and Sons for <br />$195,121.00 in the name of the Village of Roseville for Storm Sewer <br />Improvement No. 65-38, as amended, Project 1, according to the <br />plans and specifications thereof heretofore approved by the Village <br />CotUlc;il and on file in the office of the Village Hanager. <br /> <br />2.
