The Ethics <br />Commission then has the authority to convene and issue its own repoz-t and <br />recommendation to the City Council <br />II® Trans lssl®n ®f report to Ethics Cn lssl®n <br />Either the City Attorney or the City Manager, as the case may be, will transmit to <br />the Ethics Commission the repoz~t that documents the results of the investigation on those <br />complaints involving Public Officials other than Ethics Co~n~nission members. <br />IIIe The Ethics Co lssi®n's han~Iing ®f the report <br />1. When the Commission considers a report received from the City Manager or <br />the City Attorney, the Colninission will meet within a reasonable period of time to <br />discuss the report. <br />2. In connection with its meeting(s) to consider a report received from the City <br />Attorney or the City Manager, the Commission may: <br />a) Request further information from the City Manager or the City <br />Attorney; <br />b) Authorize one of its members to discuss the report with the City <br />Attorney or the City Manager; <br />c) Request further investigation be done by the City Attorney or the <br />City Manager; <br />1 t - <br />
