, Extract of Hinutes of Heeting of the Village Council Village of Roseville, County of Ramsey State of Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall in said village on Monday, the 13th day of November, 1967, at 7:30 o'clock P.U. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, CouncilDen Curley, Goodricll nnd Grauel and the following were absent: Councihr.an Shields Councilman Graue I introduced the fOllowing resolu- tion and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1957 RESOLUTION RELATING TO A HEARING ON REASSESSMENT AND SUPPL~1ENTAL ASSESSMENT FOR CONSOLIDATED STORM SEWER IMPROVID1ENTS NUMBERED 65-7, 65-8, 65-9, 66-14, 66-15, 66-11, 65-43 and 65-37 WHEREAS, a resolution was passed by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville on the 15th day of August, 1966, directing the Village Manager to prepare proposed assessments of the cost of Consolidated Storm Sewer Improvements numbered 65-7, 65-8, 65-9, 66-14, 66-15, 66-11, 65-43 and 65-37 and t~EREAS, the Manager notified the Council on September 12, 1966, that such proposed assessment had b,.;811 completed and filed in his office for public inspection and, WHEREAS, on September 12, 1966, the Village Council set a date for a hearing on the original assessment and in accordance with the Statute relating thereto duly called and held said hearing on the 3rd day of October, 1966, which hearia; wae then.continued to October 10, 1966, and subsequent to said hearing said Village Council adopted a resolution dated October 10, 1966, adopting said assessment and subsequent thereto on October 11, 1966,
