<br />certified said assessment roll to the County Auditor of Ramsey <br />County and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S. 429.071 the Village Council may make <br />supplementary assessments to correct omissions, errors or mistakes <br />in the original assessment and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Clerk of the Village of Rosevil1e has a <br />list of all of the property owners in said Village affected and <br />who have requested the opportunity of appearing before the Council <br />in a reassessment hearing to point out the nature of their <br />complaint and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the municipal attorney advises that one or more <br />parcels may have been incorrectly assessed and may be invalid and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, several tracts of land upon which assessments have <br />heretofore been levied have subsequently been platted and sub- <br />divided and apportionments must be made therefor, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Pursuant to M.S. 429.071 in order to dispose of the mat- <br />ters above mentioned, a hearing shall be held on the 11th day of <br />December, 1967, in the Village Hall at 7:30 o'clock p.m. to pass <br />upon such proposed supplemental reassessment and reapportionment <br />of original assessments and at such time and place all persons <br />owning property affected thereby will be given an opportunity to be <br />heard with reference to such original assessment. <br /> <br />2. The Village Manager is hereby directed to cause notice <br />of said reapportionment, reassessment and supplemental assessment <br />hearing to be published once in the official newspaper of said <br />Village at least two weeks prior to the hearing, stating in said <br />notice the pertinent statutory required data, and as otherwise <br />provided by H.S. 429.071 relating to persmal or mailed notice. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman <br /> <br />Goodrich <br /> <br />, and upon vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All Dresent <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
