~ -!j <br />__- _. <br />i I~~ ~~ <br />_-` <br />ROSE~~~~ILLE <br />VISITORS ASSOCIATION <br />Reasons to have Welcome Banners: <br />• Let visitors know we appreciate them ,and their business <br />• Let visitors know they are in ROSEVILLE <br />• High profile events coming to town next year which include: <br />^ U.S. Figure Skating Championships <br />^ Family Motorcoach <br />^ RNC Conventions <br />^ ALWAYS the State Fair <br />Sesquicentennial events -especially if we are <br />chosen Capitol for a Day! <br />• Post banners in high traffic/traveled areas (Lexington - <br />monument light posts) and those frequented by tourists and <br />guests -Rosedale/Har Mar - if possible. <br />• In future post welcome banners down `hotel row', along Country <br />Road C as Twin Lakes Area is developed -especially if it has a <br />lot of hospitality venues <br />• Down the line, we may want to discuss the possibility of <br />changing out the banners for a Welcome to State Fair Visitors. <br />They are the August revenue mainstay for hotels and an event <br />we know will be benefiting our community for years and years <br />to come. <br />.-~~ <br />~'~ ~ ~ .~a ~ iu,~, x <br />
