Award Bid to Metro Fire for Purchase of MSA Brand Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) Councilmember Roe noted that the City Council had previously received an e- mail of the bids received; and that the information was also available to the public at their request. Pust moved, Ihlan seconded, accepting the bid from Metro Fire for the purchase of MSA brand self-contained breathing apparatus in the amount of $235,581.04; with an additional purchase of ancillary equipment in the amount of $47,503.00 totaling $283,085; with the award amount of $254,777.00, and a required match of $28,308 from the City, with the City's match to be paid from the Fire Depart- ment's Capital Equipment Budget. Resolution - Adopt a Resolution of Support for a Clean Water Legacy Grant Application on Behalf of Ramsey County Library Councilmember Ihlan questioned whether there would potentially be other pro- jects that qualified for this type of grant; and whether other grant applications may be brought forward in the future. Public Works Director Duane Schwartz responded affirmatively. Pust moved, lhlan seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 10565 entitled, "A Reso- lution of Support for Clean Water Legacy Grant Application on Behalf of Ramsey County Library." Roll Call Ayes: Roe: Pust; Ihlan; and Klausing. Nays: None. g. Approve an Encroachment Agreement with Ron Anderson to construct a re- taining wall within the drainage and utility easement on the lot at 2075 Chatsworth Court and the Chatsworth Court Right-of--Way Pust moved, Ihlan seconded, approval of an Encroachment Agreement between • the City of Roseville and Ronald C. Anderson, property owner at 2075 Chats- worth Court.
