<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD NOVEMBERl3 ,1967. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in <br />said Village on November 13, 1967, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: \layor Cedarholm, Councilmen <br />Curley, Goodrich and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: Councilman Shields <br /> <br />Member Grauel <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1959 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION CANCELLING AND RELINQUISHING VILLAGE <br />RIGHTS I N A WATER EASEMENT ON IMPROVEMENT 64-4. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village obtained a water easement on <br />improvement 64-4 over certain property then owned by William <br />A. Elling; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said easement was recorded with the Ramsey <br />County Registrar of Titles on August 22, 1967, as document No. <br />l705670i and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said easement is described by reference to <br />Hamline Avenue, and said reference will no longer be valid by <br />reason of changes in the confines of Hamline Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the present fee owner and the Village are <br />both desirous of changing the legal description to accurately <br />describe the easement which has been taken; <br />
