NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Vil.lage Council for the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: That the easement between William A. Elling, a widower, and Austin p. Keller and Florence Keller, husband and wife, first parties, and Village of Roseville, second party, filed August 22, 1967, with the Ramsey County Registrar of Titles, bearing document No. 1705670, in which the first parties granted unto the Village of Roseville a perpetual easement, is hereby cancelled by the Village of Roseville, and all rights therein are relinquished by the Village of Roseville upon the present fee owner, Biederman's National Storage, Inc., a corpora- tion, tendering to the Village of Roseville a similar easement with a corrected legal description. The motion for the was duly seconded by Member taken thereon, the following adoption of the foregoing resolution Goodrich , and upon a vote being voted in favor of the resolution: All present and the following voted against the same: None WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
