Call Roll <br />Mayor Klausing called to order and reconvened the Roseville City Council in regular ses- <br />sion at approximately 7:18 p.m. and welcomed everyone. <br />Mayor Klausing noted that all Councilmembers were still in attendance; along with City <br />Attorney Terry Foy. <br />2. Approve Agenda <br />Councilmember Kough requested discussion of appointment of a Councilmember to the <br />Comprehensive plan Steering Committee to replace him. <br />Mayor Klausing noted that this was on the agenda at Item l l.g. <br />City Manager Malinen requested removal of Consent Agenda item 8.d entitled, "Set 2008 <br />City Council Meeting Dates," for discussion. <br />City Manager Malinen requested addition of an item entitled, "VICORP Restaurants, <br />d/b/a Bakers Square Restaurant application for an On-Sale Beer and an On-Sale Wine li- <br />cense at 1880 Highway 36W," scheduling a Public Hearing on December 17, 2007. <br />Mayor Klausing advised this item would be considered after Item l l.h. <br />The agenda was approved by consensus; as amended. <br />3. Public Comment <br />Mayor Klausing recognized the recent and tragic death of long-time City of Roseville <br />Fire Department employee Susan Wolter, and her son Paul. Mayor Klausing highlighted <br />her years of service to the community, and the high regard she was held in at the City and <br />by her co-workers and those citizens she came into contact with. Mayor Klausing recog- <br />nized that Ms. Wolter would be deeply missed by those with whom she worked most <br />closely; and expressed condolences, thoughts and prayers to her family. <br />Mayor Klausing called for public comment by members of the audience on any non- <br />agenda items. <br />a. John Kysylyczyn, 3083 N Victoria Street <br />Mr. Kysylyczyn expressed frustration with apparent deviations by the City's <br />Community Development Department and long-standing City Council process <br />and standards in providing materials in advance of meetings for public consump- <br />tion and information, as well as that of the City Council.
