(Voting and Seating Order for January: Pust; Roe; Kough; Ihlan and Klausing) <br />City Finance Director Clu-is Miller filled in for City Manager Bill Malinen, who was out <br />ill. City Attorney Scott Anderson ?~ was also present. <br />2. Approve Agenda <br />Councihnember Roe suggested that the Plamied Unit Development (PUD) Agreement for <br />Har Mar Mall be considered after discussion for Item 1 l.d, following both the discussion <br />of the Firestone site and the Growrd Round site. <br />The agenda was approved by consensus, as amended. <br />3. Public Comment <br />Mayor Klausing called for public comment by members of the audience on any non- <br />agenda items. No one appeared to speak. <br />4. Council Communications, Reports and Announcements <br />Councilmember Pust, as well as Mayor Klausing, commented on the success of the First <br />Jazz Blast, opining that it had been a great success, and could be the "First Annual;" with <br />a wonderful turnout, great talent, and an apt kick off for the State of Minnesota's Sesqui- <br />centennial. <br />5. Recognitions, Donations, Communications <br />a. Proclamation of Martin Luther King Jr. Day <br />Mayor Klausing read the proclamation recognizing Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King <br />Jr. Day. <br />Roe moved, Pust seconded, proclamation of Monday, January 21, 2008 as Martin <br />Luther King Jr. Day and urging all citizens to join together to recognize, praise <br />and honor the efforts of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Pust; Roe; Kough; Ihlan; and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />
