3) The City Manager is hereby directed to conduct the necessary legal filings and financial <br />analysis to properly consider the extension of TIF District #1. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member <br />Klausing and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Ihlan, Roe, <br />Kough, Pust and Klausing and the following voted against the same: None <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />2 <br />
