CiTy of <br />1~, <br />~~ Minnesota, USA <br />Planning Commission Board Meeting <br />City Council Chambers, 2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Draft Minutes -Wednesday, September 05, 2007 <br />Call to Order <br />Chair Bakeman called to order the Planning Commission meeting at 6:30 p.m. and reviewed <br />the role and purpose of the Planning Commission. <br />2. Roll Call & Introductions <br />City Planner Thomas Paschke called the Roll. <br />Members Present: Commissioners Joe Wozniak; Thomas Gottfried; Jim Doherty; Barbara <br />Martinson; Ildephonse Gasongo; Daniel Boerigter; and Chair Mary Bakeman. <br />Staff present: City Planner Thomas Paschke; Associate Planner Bryan Lloyd; and City <br />Engineer Debra Bloom. <br />3. Approval of Minutes <br />MOTION <br />Member Doherty moved, seconded by Member Gasongo, to approve meeting minutes <br />of August 1, 2007 as presented, with minor typographical corrections by Chair <br />Bakeman. <br />Ayes: 5 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Abstentions: 2 (Bakeman; Boerigter) <br />Motion carried. <br />MOTION <br />Member Martinson moved, seconded by Member Doherty, to approve Special Planning <br />Commission meeting minutes of August 15, 2007 as presented. <br />Ayes: 7 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br />4. Communications and Recognitions: <br />a. From the Public (Public Comment on items not on the agenda): <br />No one appeared to speak on any non-agenda items. <br />b. From the Staff or Commission: None. <br />c. Consent Agenda: Approve Imagine Roseville 2025 Strategy Prioritization <br />MOTION <br />Member Wozniak moved, seconded by Member Doherty, to approve the Approve <br />Imagine Roseville 2025 Strategy Prioritization as presented. <br />Ayes: 7 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br />Planning Commissioners volunteering to serve on the Comprehensive Planning <br />Steering Committee, and approved by Commissioners by consensus, are Chair Mary <br />Bakeman and Commissioner Jim Doherty. <br />
