Ongoing Public Hearings <br />PROJECT FILE 0004 <br />Continuation of the Roseville Comprehensive Plan Update Process <br />Chair Bakeman opened the Public Hearing for Project File 0004. <br />City Planner Paschke reviewed recent City Council action related to selection of the <br />Comprehensive Plan Update consultant; staff negotiation of the scope and cost; future City <br />Council action at their upcoming Study Session and regular meetings in September related to <br />the process; and initiation of work. Mr. Paschke reviewed the anticipated kick off event <br />scheduled for September 16, 2007 and composition of the steering committee. Mr. Paschke <br />noted that, to-date, there was no firm understanding from the City Council of when the <br />Planning Commission would become more involved in the process. <br />Chair Bakeman advised Commissioners that Councilmembers Kough and Roe would serve as <br />Council liaisons to the Steering Committee. <br />Chair Bakeman closed the Public Hearing for Project File 0004. <br />MOTION <br />Member Bakeman moved, seconded by Member Wozniak to continue Project File 0004 <br />of the Roseville Comprehensive Plan Update Process to the next meeting. <br />Ayes: 7 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br />8.
