Variance Board Meeting <br />Minutes – Wednesday, September 05, 2007 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />MOTION <br />Member Doherty moved, seconded by Member Boerigter to adopt Variance <br />Board Resolution No. 69 entitled, “A Resolution APPROVING A VARIANCE to <br />Roseville City Code,§1012 (General Requirements), for Nicholas and Janet <br /> <br />King, 1728 Lindy Avenue (PF07-049);” allowing for a 1.5 foot VARIANCE to <br />Roseville City Code, §1012.02B(3) (Legal Encroachments) to allow to allow a <br />fence that is taller than the Code permits along the rear and side property lines; <br />based on the comments and findings of Section 5 and the conditions of Section <br />6 of the project report dated September 5, 2007. <br />Ayes: 3 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br />Acting Chair Boerigter advised the applicant of the appeal process timeframe. <br />5. Adjournment <br />Chair Boerigter adjourned the meeting at 5:39 p.m. <br />
