<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILIAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD DECEMBER 18,1967. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on December <br />18, 1967, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, <br />Councilmen Goodrich, Grauel, Shields and Curley <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following Resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1982 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION VACATING THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED STREETS <br />OR PORTIONS OF STREETS IN THE RICE STREET GRAND VIEW ADDITION <br />AND JOY. S RICE STREET ADDITION. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Village Council of the Village of Roseville has <br />determined that the follOWing streets no longer serve any public <br />use and therefore it is in the best interest of the Village that the <br />same be vacated. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after due publication and posted notice was given <br />by the Manager pursuant to law and the petition was referred to the <br />Planning Commission and was heard by the Planning Commission on <br />December 6, 1967, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the Village Council <br />in the Village Hall on such petition of December 18 ' 1967, at which <br />time all persons interested were given an opportunity to be heard, and <br />
