WHEREAS, it appears that it will be for the best interest of the Village to approve such petition, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILIAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILIAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That such petition is hereby granted and the following described streets or portions of streets in the Rice Street Grand View Addition and Joy's Rice Street Addition, may be and hereby are vacated as a public street: That portion of Albennarle Street lying between the north line of Minnesota Avenue and the South line of Bismarck Avenue; That portion of Woodbridge Street lying between the north line of Minnesota Avenue and the south line of Bismarck Avenue; That portion of Marion Street lying between the south line of Bismarck Avenue and a line parallel to and 350 feet north of a center line of Minnesota Avenue; That portion of Ida Avenue lying between the south line of Grand View Avenue and the north line of Bismarck Avenue. That portion of St. John's Avenue lying between the north line of Bismarck Avenue and the line parallel to and 124.33 feet south of the center line of County Road B-2. Said line being the north line of the south 1/2 of Lot 3, Block 3, Rice Street Grand View Addition extended easterly. That portion of pennyan Avenue lying between the n<lrth line of Bismarck Avenue and the south line of County Road B-2. That portion of Grand View Avenue lying between a line parallel to and 1149. 0 feet we st of the center line of Rice Street. Said line being the center line of vacated north south alley adjOining lots 15 and 23, Block 2, Rice Street Grand View Addition extended southerly and a line parallel to and 447.72 feet east of the center line of Western Avenue. Said line being the west line of Lot 30, Block 5, Rice Street Grand View Addition extended northerly.
