This does not constitute <br />another Public Hearing, but serves as a public informational meeting for the bene- <br />fit of those residential property owners; with residents encouraged to comment by <br />e-mail, phone or in persmr with staff; with those comments forward to the DRC <br />for their consideration in reviewing the final plans . <br />By Council consensus, this condition was added as Item 10 to the draft resolution. <br />Roe moved, Klausing seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 10592 entitled, "A <br />Resolution Approving a Planned Unit Development Amendment, in Accordance <br />with Roseville City Code, Sections 1006 and 1008, for Har Mar Mall, 2100 Snel- <br />ling Avenue (PF07-062);' amended as follows: <br />• Page 2, Lane 11 - 13 -revise to read: <br />4. The maximum building height shall. not exceed thirty-five feet (35'). <br />• >~e 2 Item 9 Line 32 - 35 -strike out line 34 strike out two words " <br />their proportional...," and strike out all of line 35, and with additional lan- <br />guage inserted, revise to read: <br />"Har Mar is the only property served by the easterly leg of the Snel- <br />ling/Skillman Avenue intersection and receives a direct benefit by its safe tur <br />efficient operation. As a result the MALL ownership shall pay, as an assess- <br />ment, fifty percent (50%) of the City's cost participation in the Skill- <br />man/Snelling Avenue 2008 Minnesota Department of Transportation <br />(MnDOT), project # ,signal replacement project, not to exceed <br />$30,000.00." <br />^ Addition of Condition #10: <br />"Prior to review by the DRC and prior to the issuance of any building permits, <br />those specific plans for redevelopment of the Backyard Grill area, adjacent <br />property owners -specifically those residential areas to the south previously <br />noticed for Public Hearing purposes related to PF07-062 -will be provided an <br />opportunity for review and comment of those redeveloprent plans.
